Graduated in Letters from UFMG (2010), PhD (2017) in Theoretical and Descriptive Linguistics with an emphasis on Language Processing at POSLIN/UFMG, with a sandwich period at the University of Rochester. She has professional experience in teaching Portuguese language and linguistics at the basic, higher and postgraduate levels. She is currently a professor at CEFET-MG, Contagem campus, and postdoctoral fellow at the Psycholinguistics Laboratory of the Faculty of Arts at UFMG. In the first postdoctoral stage (2019), he developed a lexical range test for Brazilian Portuguese to measure the proficiency of speakers of Portuguese as an additional language and is currently developing other tests that allow exploring the measurement of lexemic and lemmatic interactions of Portuguese as L2 . She has research experience in the field of Linguistics, with an emphasis on Psycholinguistics, working mainly in: Libras, Bilingualism, Defined Nominal Expression, Experimental Design and Language Processing.
